Leader Bank Pavilion’s Merchandise team is responsible for selling artist merchandise to our concert guests at our seasonal outdoor amphitheater. We are hiring now for our April 2026 – October 2026 season. As a Merchandise Seller you will be responsible for the sales of artist merchandise including inventory tracking, creating visually appealing displays, and providing excellent customer service. Hours vary based on event needs, but evening availability is a must. $16/hour, plus tips and commission (when applicable).

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 6 - 12 hours per shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual
  • Passion or interests in music, technology, sales, or live entertainment
  • Excellent attitude and customer service is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling merch preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
  • Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences
  • Accuracy in counting inventory - all items must be physically and accurately counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show
  • Under the supervision of the Merchandise Manager, set up displays including proper pricing for all products
  • Ensure proper and successful transactions through the Point of Sale
  • Work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environment
  • Maintain your stand throughout the duration of the event
  • Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue; uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting fans with an upbeat can-do attitude and assisting with any product questions.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for most of shift
  • Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours. Shifts may be outside of public transportation hours
