Together, our teams work to elevate lives through education. To support this mission, we are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandise Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role serves as a critical link between MIO, merchandising, and store operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting through the Oracle Retail Insights platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a retail-related field with a strong emphasis on reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for new dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Ensure automated reports are generated and distributed as scheduled.
• Compile and distribute weekly reports to merchant teams.
• Support business users by addressing questions and issues related to Oracle Retail Insights.
• Collaborate with merchandising to ensure reporting needs are met.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
• Work with third-party support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Train new team members on available business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Analyze findings and collaborate with business partners to address open issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
• Assist the Manager, MIO Systems & Reporting, with projects and tasks as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
