About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Perform all aspects of loading/unloading, picking/packing/unpacking, ticketing, distributing, counting, and filling orders. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Pick, induct, sort, and pack orders using RF technology and computers/scanners Unpack merchandise from cartons and separate by color, size, and style Count, record, and verify quantities of merchandise to fill orders Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise to open areas in plastic totes or cardboard boxes Must be able to work in all departments performing various functions of the Merchandise Processor position on a regular, consistent basis Must be able to perform physical requirements (described below) on a regular, consistent basis Must meet monthly production and quality standards Reliable and consistent attendance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: CONTINUOUS (67% TO 100%) Lifting 1-10 lbs. to 72” (overhead height) Standing / Walking Forward Reaching Gripping 1-25 lbs. Pinching 2 lbs. Bilateral Hand Coordination FREQUENT (34% TO 66%) Lifting 11 to 35 lbs. to 62” (above shoulder height) Stair Climbing and performing work at Platform Heights up to 60 ft. Forward Bending, Lateral & Overhead Reaching, Stooping, Kneeling Gripping 26-34 lbs. Push/Pull 1-15 lbs. OCCASIONAL (1% TO 33%) Lifting 36 to 50 lbs. to 32” Carry 1-35 lbs. up to 50 ft. Gripping 35 lbs. Pinching 2-6 lbs. Pulling 1-25 lbs. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ticket merchandise Make boxes Complete all paperwork in an accurate and neat manner Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to perform basic math skills accurately including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Must be able to fill out paperwork and forms neatly and accurately
