The Merchandise Processor provides essential support in overall operations and customer service, with a primary focus on processing all donations. This includes sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking, and rotating products while adhering to all production and quality standards. The role also involves organizing, recovering, and rotating the sales floor as needed, tracking daily production, and being knowledgeable of daily, weekly, and monthly production and sales goals. The processor selects and identifies appropriate items for the Ecommerce department and assists in the overall daily operations within the store. Ensuring quality customer service to all customers, donors, and employees is also a key aspect. The position supports, promotes, and participates in organizational programs and special events, and assists with other assignments designated by management. Adherence to all Goodwill Keystone Area manuals, handbooks, policies, and procedures is required, along with promoting a safe workplace and communicating progress, problems, and concerns to the Production Manager.
