The position requires the ability to categorize apparel into boutique, sellable, and salvage categories, ensuring that quotas are met for pieces processed. The Merchandise Processor must maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to Goodwill's uniform standards and safety practices. Exceptional customer service is a key component of this role, as the Merchandise Processor will engage with donors and customers, communicating Goodwill's mission and vision effectively. The position also requires flexibility in scheduling, as work may be needed on weekends and holidays. Cross-training in other store operations may be necessary, and the Merchandise Processor will assist in various areas of the store as needed.
