Responsibilities

• Process textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other miscellaneous items.
• Organize, recover, and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards as set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Select and identify appropriate items for Ecommerce department.
• Ensure quality customer service is provided in a timely and courteous manner.
• Support, promote, and participate in organizational programs and special events.
• Assist in any other assignments designated by management.
• Promote an environment of workplace safety.
