About The Position
The Merchandise Presentation and Operations Senior Specialist is responsible for the development, formatting, and execution of weekly merchandise communication packages distributed to stores and field management. This role includes all weekly presentation direction important for field execution, such as events, features, and front-of-store presentations. The Sr. Specialist will also handle the process of determining and communicating trend information, working with merchants to confirm merchandise trends, and creating documents that educate stores to drive sales through fashion-appropriate features. Additionally, they will oversee the permanent sign library, update, and assist in the development of training information and presentation-related documentation, and act as a mentor for other team members. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week on-site at our Framingham, MA headquarters.
