About The Position
As a Planning Analyst you will utilize data analysis to optimize category merchandising performance, maximize sales and contribute to the overall success of the merchandise strategies and achievement of KPIs. You will analyze historical performance to inform future action and strategies and capitalize on future opportunities for success. You will develop an understanding of key performance metrics, such as gross demand, gross margin profit and inventory productivity, and provide analytical support to the Merchandise Planning team, contributing to effective decision-making and the overall success of the merchandise planning strategies. Additionally, you will track and evaluate the financial performance of merchandise categories against established KPI's.
