Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Proven success in driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Experience in monitoring inventory levels and achieving operational excellence.
• Ability to attract, develop, and motivate a diverse team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
