About the position

We are looking for a Merchandise Lead to join our team in Hermitage, PA! The Merchandise Lead will work with management to come up with plans to effectively use selling to help maximize sales and oversee all merchandising aspects of their given department. This role involves reviewing sales reports to identify selling opportunities within their given department and relaying plans to the night time crew.

Requirements

• Open availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Problem solving skills
