About The Position

The Merchandise Flow Supervisor at A|X Outlet Leesburg is responsible for overseeing the back of house operations, ensuring efficient merchandise flow, and driving sales through effective stockroom management. This role involves collaborating with the General Manager and leading a diverse team to enhance client experiences and achieve store revenue goals. The supervisor will also contribute to merchandising strategies and maintain strong communication within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to influence partners and motivate the team.
• Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in driving sales and providing an excellent client experience.
• Inspire and motivate the sales team daily.
• Manage stockroom operations and ensure strong merchandise flow practices.
• Execute markdowns and maintain stock accuracy.
• Oversee supplies and facilities management.
• Provide input on merchandising strategies and store operations.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure alignment on store strategies.
