What You’ll Do As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our merchandising operations, ensuring smooth processes and strong vendor relationships. Your day-to-day will include: Collaborating Across Teams: Build strong connections with finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, and more to keep everything running efficiently and profitably. Owning Processes: Manage promotional activities from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Driving Organization: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and create reports and visuals that help guide key business decisions. Data & Analysis: Gather and maintain reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to support merchandising strategies. Vendor Support: Serve as the go-to contact for vendors on bill backs, payments, and promotional details. Problem-Solving: Audit and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in pricing and promotional data. Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate category plans and promotional launches to keep everyone aligned and informed.
