About The Position
Responsible for managing the daily activities within the Distribution Center Merchandising Department. Trains, develops, and manages the merchandising and accuracy control staff. Ensures that T.J. Maxx/Marshalls merchandising philosophies are followed. This position has a starting pay range of $73,000 to $96,700. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
