About The Position

As a Merchandise Associate at EEG, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in retail sales.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Experience working in a team-oriented and fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Energetically greet and welcome all guests and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain an organized environment,restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Answer guests questions about specific products.
• Provide friendly guidance to guests during their visit and actively share recommendations to cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) system and appropriate cash handling procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
