About The Position

This position assists in all operational aspects of the Merchandise Department on an ongoing basis. Essential duties include meeting and greeting guests, opening and closing assigned merchandise locations, maintaining cleanliness and appearance of facilities and grounds, ensuring work area safety, operating point of sale equipment, maintaining inventory levels to prevent out of stock situations, completing merchandise transfer paperwork, maintaining stock organization in back stock areas, maintaining highest level of guest satisfaction, and maintaining point of purchase displays at assigned locations.

Requirements

Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older
Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
Ability to operate basic office equipment
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience desirable
Prior cash handling experience desirable
Experience working independently
Experience working courteously with the public

Responsibilities

Meet and greet each guest
Open and close assigned merchandise locations
