About The Position

The Merchandise Associate will report directly to the manager on duty while working closely with the other sales associates & management. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, display of merchandise, and attention to detail. Requirements

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Energetic, self-motivated, warm, and friendly personality
• Must be collaborative and a team player
• Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
• Able to bend and squat and walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs on a continuous basis
• Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and to get tasks done quickly
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and guests
• Must be flexible to work campus events, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training

Responsibilities

• Provide fun and professional environment for teammates and fans
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
• Uphold Legends standards and policies
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance
• Ensure that you are educated on the products and services sold throughout the store
• Assist as directed by your manager to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked
• Assist with stocking of merchandise and weekly inventory replenishment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
