About The Position

Mercer's Actuarial Career Diversity Summit is a two-day virtual event designed for individuals interested in the actuarial field. Participants will connect with Mercer, a global leader in health, wealth, and career consulting, and learn about various career paths in actuarial consulting. The event will take place on May 28th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (EDT) and May 29th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (EDT). Attendees will engage in networking, education, and team-building activities, providing a unique opportunity to explore a career in consulting and potentially secure a summer externship or full-time analyst position.

Requirements

• Progress toward a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related business area.
• Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in the actuarial field.
• Current freshman or sophomore graduating in 2028 or 2027.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.
