The company is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Parts Driver to assist in delivering an extraordinary client experience.

Requirements

Clean Driving Record
Valid Driver’s license.
Ability to operate a full size cargo van, change a flat-tire etc.
Knowledge of the Salt Lake City metro area and street numbering system.
Ability to follow navigation and read maps.
Ability to sit for up to 8 hours.
Ability to read invoices, signs etc. and understand numbers.
Ability to work well and get along with others, including customers, employees and other departments.
Must work in all weather conditions.
Requires frequent lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Regular, punctual attendance is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be self motivated and be able to work without direct supervision.
Dress appropriately and maintain professional appearance.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

Drive safely and efficiently, observing all traffic laws.
Maintain appearance of Parts Delivery vehicle.
Pick up parts ordered by the parts department from local suppliers.
Deliver parts to wholesale customers after verifying that the orders are correct and complete before leaving.
Collect monies as specified on the delivery invoice.
Load company vehicles in such a way as not to damage any parts being delivered from or returning to the dealership.
Maintain accurate and complete delivery log.
Pickup and delivery of parts as instructed by the supervisor.
Organize, pull and load parts to ensure order is complete.
Apply Mercedes-Benz of Farmington standards including mission/vision statement, core values and guiding principles for superior customer service for both internal and external customers.
