Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Mercedes-Benz technician experience (required)
- Mercedes-Benz certifications strongly preferred
- High-level diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Xentry and manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Use factory-approved tools and systems to ensure precision and compliance
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Document work performed accurately in the RO system
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a collaborative service culture
