Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating our extensive Mercedes-Benz inventory, providing them with the information and guidance needed to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry, particularly luxury vehicles, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in using dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and develop a rapport to understand their needs and preferences regarding Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product line, including features, specifications, and financing options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of each model.
  • Assist customers in the formulation of financing options and arrangements, ensuring a smooth and transparent purchasing process.
  • Follow up with prospective buyers to answer questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs established by the dealership management.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in dealership events and promotions to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
