Motor Werks is currently seeking skilled and experienced Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, the Automotive Technician will play a vital role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, specializing in Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Mercedes-Benz certification or equivalent technical training is highly desirable.
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools specific to Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential safety or performance concerns.
• Execute complex repairs and component replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain meticulous records of work performed and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of Mercedes-Benz technical bulletins and training to remain proficient in the latest automotive technology.
