About The Position

Do you live in or around Central London or can work within these areas? If so, we’re looking for an experienced MER Response Driver to join our team. You will be working with the MER engineering teams and supply chain to drive a best in class delivery and support service to the London engineering team. If you have answered yes then we may have an exciting career move for you! You’ll be responsible for ensuring the MER Engineering teams and supply chain, have a first class delivery and support service in the Central London areas. You will ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining a high level of customer service and accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, quantities, and any issues encountered. You’ll have exceptional time management skills with an eagerness to learn. We’re passionate about retaining our top talent and love to promote within, giving you the opportunity to either gain qualifications and/or experience in other areas of the business if that’s what you want.

Requirements

  • You’ll enjoy working autonomously and have excellent written and verbal communications skills, enabling you to communicate all operational Refrigeration issues within your region.
  • You’ll be customer service driven and enjoy working within a people focused environment.
  • You’ll have experience gained either within Facilities Management or Construction.
  • City & Guilds qualification in related engineering discipline (M&E or Refrigeration)
  • Recognised Apprenticeship in engineering services maintenance
  • A full valid UK driving license

  • F-Gas Cat 1 or 18th Edition
  • Gas Safe certified
  • CSCS card
  • CO2 qualification

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the MER Engineering teams and supply chain, have a first class delivery and support service in the Central London areas.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining a high level of customer service and accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, quantities, and any issues encountered.
