About The Position

Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Superintendent Key Responsibilities Manage daily MEP construction activities, including subcontractors and manpower. Ensure installation complies with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards. Coordinate MEP works with other disciplines (CSA, Process, etc.). Supervise equipment installation, piping, ductwork, cabling, and testing/commissioning. Monitor progress, report issues, and propose corrective actions. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce site safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of MEP construction experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Strong safety mindset.
