About The Position
Technical Management Group Ltd. (TMG) offers consultancy services for mining, energy, and infrastructure projects, encompassing strategy, execution, and oversight. TMG provides end-to-end support from owner’s team participation, planning, and risk management to operational readiness and close-out. The company specializes in ensuring safety compliance, cost control, and efficient execution while enhancing alignment and performance for its clients. This is a contract role for a MEP Superintendent. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP ) aspects of construction projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with construction safety protocols, managing budgeting and project management tasks, and coordinating on-site activities. This on-site role is located in Lexington, KY.
Requirements
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing work
- Proficiency in Construction Safety practices and protocols
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management
- Experience in overseeing and coordinating construction projects
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications and licenses in MEP or related fields are a plus
- Experience in Healthcare projects
