The MEP Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.
  • 3+ years working with a preconstruction group to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, and costing).
  • 3+ Years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget conscious, and completes documents on schedule.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
  • Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.
