MEP Coordinator - Critical Facility Construction - New Albany, OH / Remote This opportunity is with a leading general contractor of data center construction services. They build mission-critical facilities for data center facilities nationwide for Enterprise, Colocation and Hyperscale Companies. Responsible for field activities associated with the project, including the managing and coordinating all field construction trades, subs, vendors regarding equipment delivery, integration and commissioning as it relates to mechanical, electrical and plumbing / MEP systems. Keep in constant contact with Subcontractors to ensure timely work to keep project on schedule and within budget. Ensures equipment purchased is in onsite at the project when needed, manage and update change orders, etc. Assist the construction project manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations through the life of the project. Success in this role requires technical knowledge of data center and construction along with strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk tools, etc.
