About The Position

We are seeking an Informatics Manager specializing in Computrition Menu Management to oversee system-wide menu operations across 20 hospitals within the Baptist Health System. We are seeking a Menu Informatics Manager to join our Nutrition Team, Fully Remote. Manages the full life cycle of menu project initiatives, balancing strategic and tactical work with a hands-on approach. Requires knowledge of patient feeding systems, application configuration, and strong project management skills across teams.

Requirements

Strong project management skills
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely

Nice To Haves

Five (5) or more years of experience in food service management
Experience implementing patient-related systems
In-depth knowledge of Computrition Menu software
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Responsibilities

Participates in and provides constructive feedback on escalated issues related to Computrition projects
Revises implementation tools and workbooks as directed
Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies (CMS, TJC, DNV) and Morrison Healthcare policies and procedures
Communicates progress of Computrition projects to appropriate personnel
Develops strategies to maintain and support client satisfaction with Computrition to ensure account retention
Represents the best interests of the food and nutrition services department, patients, associates, and Morrison Healthcare
Escalates issues in a timely manner to the Director
Coordinates communications for escalation of needs related to Computrition project statuses
Evaluates and identifies project scope to ensure established quotations meet project budgets; works within established budgets to achieve completion
