About The Position

At Willow Valley Communities, dining is more than a meal — it’s an experience. We’re looking for Part-Time Menu Dining Servers for our Independent Living and Supportive living areas, who enjoy serving others and want to be part of a warm, welcoming community. As a Dining Server, you’ll help create exceptional dining experiences for our Residents and guests by:
Providing prompt, courteous service while following WVC’s high standards
Assisting with food prep, portioning, and safe handling
Setting up and cleaning dining rooms, pantries, and kitchen areas
Escorting Residents and guests to tables and sharing menu specials
Taking food & beverage orders and entering them into our ordering system
Serving meals in courses using trays at shoulder height
Clearing dishes, refreshing tables, and keeping dining spaces guest-ready
Supporting banquets, special events, and room tray/wellness meal deliveries
Completing daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks
Restocking supplies and keeping storage areas organized
Assisting with parking and retrieval of walkers and motorized devices
