About The Position

At DIG, culinary excellence is the foundation of everything we do. As our Commercialization Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting culinary innovation and bringing new menu items to market that are built for quality, consistency, and scale. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone with strong culinary instincts, operational know-how, and a passion for process improvement. You'll partner with the Director of Business Strategy and the Culinary Director to execute product development briefs, working closely with chefs to finalize recipes and with suppliers to commercialize ingredients. You'll also coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Training to ensure flawless execution in every kitchen.
