As a Mentor, you’ll be a steady, encouraging presence for young adults learning how to navigate real-world responsibilities. You’ll support and guide them as they learn essential life skills, including: Finding and maintaining employment Securing housing and managing daily responsibilities Opening and managing a bank account Budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning Scheduling and attending important health appointments Engaging positively in the community Building healthy routines and caring for their mental health Your consistency, patience, and belief in their potential can truly change the trajectory of their lives.
