About The Position
The Taylor County Middle School is seeking an Internal Mentor Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is a contract/hourly employment role focused on providing support to beginning school teachers. The mentor will be responsible for offering emotional and professional guidance, observing and evaluating teachers, and providing monthly feedback. The role is funded through the Teacher Leader Induction program and offers a stipend of $600.00.
