Requirements

• Licensed as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW or LGPC in Maryland
• A heart for helping others and experience in a mental health setting
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Drive to grow personally and professionally in a supportive environment

Responsibilities

• Build deep, transformative connections through individual therapy
• Manage a thriving caseload of 28 clients per week with flexibility and support
• Complete assessments and create effective, personalized treatment plans
• Keep clear and timely documentation so you can focus more on what you love — helping people
• Collaborate with an awesome, encouraging clinical team that shares your passion
