Mental Health Workers in this program provide service access, advocacy, and supports for ages 5-21 years who have or are at risk of developing a serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families residing in Suffolk County to enable them to live successfully in the community. Services provided include but are not limited to: support, information, skill building, advocacy, service linkage, referral, and crisis intervention.
