About The Position
The Mental Health Technician provides support to the nursing staff and patient care through the direction and guidance of licensed staff and leaders. This role is responsible for upholding Community Cares standards and ensuring patient safety. The Mental Health Technician functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team to assess the functional abilities, impairments, and needs of each patient and address these individually.
