About The Position
Are you passionate about helping adolescents and families heal? At Embark Behavioral Health, we're looking for compassionate and skilled therapists to join our mission of creating lasting change. Nestled in the scenic mountains of Benton, Tennessee, along the Hiwassee River, our residential treatment center offers a peaceful, nature-based setting ideal for healing. We serve male adolescents ages 12-17 in a family-style lodge designed to foster safety, comfort, and meaningful connection. Our 55-acre campus acts as an extended classroom, offering experiential therapies such as biking, hiking, swimming, and equine therapy. As a Primary Therapist, you'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans while working closely with an experienced Clinical Director, Executive Director, and a dedicated team of residential staff. Together, we help young people and their families achieve lasting emotional wellness.
