About The Position
evolvedMD's Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs) open the front door to transformational mental health services for people across Arizona. With America's mental health crisis reaching an all-time high, there is unprecedented demand for behavioral health professionals like you and at evolvedMD, we are inviting the most talented and passionate to join us as we disrupt behavioral health with our radically different approach. BHMs have the unique opportunity to expand their expertise and flex new muscles as they are embedded in primary care practices and collaborate with Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to provide best-in-class collaborative care for patients. To deliver the best experience for our clinicians, we wraparound services with supervision from a Clinical Manager, administrative support from Care Coordination, and additional guidance from a Psychiatric Consultant. In our model, we allow you to do what you do best: treat patients, while leaving the administrative burden to other highly capable professionals. Known for putting our people first and prioritizing the professional development of our clinicians to ensure that they can be the best for our patients and communities we serve, all BHMs are automatically enrolled in a first of its kind integrated care training, the Collaborative Care Leadership Development Program (CCLDP), a two-year journey to develop the best integrated mental health professionals in the country.
