Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.
Professional licensure in State of Ohio as a Social Worker or Counselor.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.
Professional independent licensure in the State of Ohio as a Social Worker or Counselor.
At least one year of professional social service experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments
Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized service programs.
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth.
Provide advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic clinical team with other professionals.
Learn and implement best practice interventions specific to our population.
