Provide essential behavioral health and mental health services, strengthen family relationships, and maintain thorough documentation. Support families in navigating behavioral and mental health challenges and improve overall well-being. You will be working directly with clients to implement evidence-based interventions while offering continuous guidance and encouragement for family members, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to thrive. This role is crucial in empowering families to create lasting positive change. This role will also involve active community engagement through outreach efforts and delivering presentations to parents and potential partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Bilingual (Haitian Creole) is an asset
  • Triple P accreditation preferred (or commitment to obtain)
  • Passionate, empathetic, and professional approach to working with families and adolescents
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
