Mental Health Therapist - PT (MSW - LPC/LPCC/LSW/LISW)
About The Position
At Ohio Center for Adolescent Wellness (OHCAW), we specialize in supporting youth and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus in scenic Worthington, Ohio, our treatment facility offers both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs in a warm, welcoming environment. Our office space is designed to feel like a retreat—with large windows, abundant natural light, and peaceful woodland views that promote a sense of calm and healing. We combine proven therapeutic approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with expressive and holistic modalities to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Requirements
- Minimum of (2) years of experience as a Therapist and/or Mental Health Counselor in a mental health environment.
- Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.
- Masters Degree with an LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC required
- Experience working with adolescents and families
- Ability to be on-site
Nice To Haves
- Psychiatric facility background preferred
- Certified in BLS, CPR/AED and Standard First Aid Certification, preferred
