Requirements

Maryland licensed as LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, or LCADC
Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ethical standards
Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient mental health or co-occurring treatment settings preferred

Responsibilities

Provide mental health therapy to individuals, families, or groups using evidence-based practices
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Create and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Conduct family therapy or psychoeducation sessions as needed
Participate as an active member of the entire treatment team by attending Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, collaborating with other staff on clinical impressions, patient needs, provider coverage during absences, etc.
Timely document all patient care and progress notes to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Coordinate/Communicate with administrative office and maintain credentialing with Medicaid, CAQH, as well as any other necessary licensing and insurance providers, as needed.
Communicate with billing and accounting departments regularly and provide appropriate documentation to ensure billing for all services rendered.
Optional Clinical Supervisor responsibilities may be assumed upon expansion.
