About The Position

Embark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to serve as an independent contractor facilitating group therapy in our residential treatment center. This role is ideal for a clinician who brings unique interests, certifications, or experiential skills- such as yoga, mindfulness, expressive arts, adventure therapy, or other creative modalities- to engage youth in meaningful therapeutic work. About Us Located in Bend, Oregon, our residential treatment facility supports youth aged 10-17 struggling with behavioral health and mental health challenges. Requirements

  • Independent clinical license in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPCC, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
  • Strong understanding of ethical standards and boundaries.
  • Experience and passion for working with adolescents.
  • Ability to navigate basic computer programs and electronic documentation.
  • Must pass drug screening, background check, and TB test.
  • Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions for adolescents.
  • Integrate experiential or specialty modalities when appropriate.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulations.
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and standards of professional conduct.
  • Provide individual or family therapy coverage as needed.
