Located just minutes from Research Triangle Park, Pasadena Villa Outpatient Raleigh offers specialized music therapy led by a licensed music psychotherapist and professional cellist. We specialize in treating adults (18+) with a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. The Lead Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care. The Lead Therapist role consists of direct clinical care, providing clinical supervision to clinical team members and interns, developing/improving group curriculum, and supporting overall care coordination. This position is responsible for assessing the therapeutic needs of individuals and families, and for developing appropriate treatment plans. The Lead Therapist acts as the primary point of contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serves as a client advocate with the treatment team. Position acts as a liaison with referral sources, clinical partners, and internal resources to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
