Mental Health Therapist – Georgia
About The Position
Sunny Days Therapeutics is seeking a licensed remote mental health therapist to provide telehealth therapy services to clients across Georgia through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This flexible 1099 independent contractor position allows clinicians to manage their own caseload while serving adolescents (12+) and adults statewide. We are expanding our Georgia telehealth services to increase access to compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults throughout the state. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active Georgia license or license-eligible (LCSW & LMSW)
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy to adolescents (12+) and/or adults
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional liability insurance required
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions via secure telehealth to Georgia residents
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and other professionals as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Create a safe, supportive, and client-centered therapeutic environment
