About The Position

Embark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking Full and Part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in our residential treatment center. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
  • Licensed or license‑eligible in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) or registered as an Associate/Intern actively working toward licensure.
  • Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
  • Ability to use computers, electronic health records, and digital documentation systems.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
  • Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a residential treatment setting using relational, experiential, or systemic therapeutic models.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with adolescents and families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based and experiential modalities.
  • Present client updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and receive regular supervision.
  • Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care.
  • Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed.
  • Uphold ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and all regulatory requirements.
