We are seeking qualified candidates who hold licensure ( LPC, LPCC, LISW, LMFT ). We provide in-person therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Candidates with experience and a passion for couples therapy and child & adolescent services will be given priority consideration. At Cultivate Counseling, we aim to ensure our providers can focus on client care without the added burden of administrative duties. We take care of scheduling, billing, and marketing support , so you can dedicate your time to what truly matters—helping clients thrive. Our experienced team of counselors is dedicated to empowering clients to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Licensure ( LPC, LPCC, LISW, LMFT )
  • Master’s in Social Work – LSW/LISW
  • Master’s in Counseling – LPC/LPCC
  • Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy – LIMFT

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with experience and a passion for couples therapy and child & adolescent services will be given priority consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active license to practice in the state of Ohio.
  • Have at least one year of experience in the mental health field.
  • Provide individual and/or couples, as appropriate, within your scope of practice.
  • Actively promote yourself and the practice within the local community to build and maintain client connections.
  • Complete and maintain documentation in compliance with managed care standards.
  • Connect clients or their family members to community resources or specialists as needed.
  • Demonstrate a positive approach to client care with a commitment to providing the highest quality customer service.
  • Maintain a minimum of 18 hours of availability per week, which can include a combination of days, evenings, and/or weekends.
