About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental wellness, experienced in evidence-based practices, and committed to delivering personalized care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active state licensure (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations
• Participate in case reviews, supervision, and team meetings
