We hope you'll join our team of amazing providers! Ryther's Partial Hospitalization Program focused on serving youth with intensive behavioral health needs. The mental health therapist will engage in program development, provide individual and family therapy, as well as develop and facilitate therapeutic groups. Grounded within the agency's trauma recovery model and racial equity work, the partial hospitalization program will employ evidence-based and best practices models of care. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape a clinically rich, client focused program serving youth. The mental health therapist will join the treatment team working in Ryther’s Partial Hospitalization Program as well as our Intensive Outpatient Program. The role of mental health therapist is to collaboratively assess treatment needs, develop and implement a treatment plan, and provide clinical consultation to a team of behavior specialists working within a milieu setting.
