About The Position

The Mental Health Therapist at Camber Children's Mental Health (CCMH) is responsible for providing trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including hospital liaisons, schools, and mental health centers, to address the individual needs of clients effectively.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT or other professional license approved by the state.
• Minimum of one-year supervised experience in providing therapy to children and/or adolescents.
• Documented coursework in child/adolescent development and counseling.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with community resources for children and families.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management and therapy to children and adolescents.
