About The Position
Strategic Therapy Associates is an established mental health provider with offices throughout Virginia. We are seeking Resident-Level Mental Health Therapists (LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) or Licensed Professionals to help clients resolve mental health issues that are putting them in an at-risk status, as we work toward eliminating the cause for out-of-home placement or institutionalization while moving them toward positive change and self-sufficiency. We help clients resolve their own problems and restore appropriate hierarchy within families. We use the Strategic Family Therapy treatment model in our work with families, and clinical supervision for our Resident-Level Therapists is geared from that perspective. The ideal candidate must be willing to help with community based services as needed including community based assessments.
