About The Position

The Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth) at Lyra Health Inc. is responsible for providing short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions to a diverse caseload of clients. This role emphasizes culturally responsive care and utilizes an innovative video therapy program that combines live sessions with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools. The therapist will work remotely, ensuring clients receive high-quality mental health care while having access to a network of support and resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Experience providing video therapy.
• Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable spots).
• Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs and monitor outcomes between sessions.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning.
• Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
• Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training to enhance clinical skills.
